Please enter the reference number (enter the name of Contestant and number of votes you inputed) on the remark and please provide depositors details. Your depositors name must be the same with the name you used as the voters name. Avoid abbreviations in your name.

3. For all Online/Mobile App Transfers, please enter the reference number (enter the name of Contestant and number of votes you inputed) on the remark/description. Note that your bank will submit your name to us. Ensure the name the bank submits to us is the same name you filled in the form.
